Pine Bay preserves its residential aesthetics, neighborhood tranquility, and security by enforcement of its Rental Policy. Highlights from the Rental Policy include:
- A Residence may be leased no more than once in any twelve (12) month period
- The minimum initial term shall not be less than one (1) month
- The lease agreement must be for the entire Residence and the entire Lot
- Rentals of individual rooms within a Residence are not permitted
- No more than two (2) Residential Guests per bedroom are permitted (e.g., a four (4) bedroom Residence is permitted eight (8) Residential Guests)
